there was this bug with 13.1 if I remember correctly. it is fixed now so it all depends when you last updated (xbian-package-xbmc is relevant there). https://github.com/xbianonpi/xbian/issues/553 in case you will get the update and still having some issues check please this related detailed (but user kind easy) discussion https://github.com/xbianonpi/xbian/issues/548 if still problem, don't hesitate to continue in the issue post at github or re-open in case it is closed in between.
