[TASK] Translaters for xbian-config-bash

Alpha 5 will contain a multilingual xbian-config. To adequatly support it, i would like to ask you guys to help me translate (spell check) it. I already done the Dutch and English ones (please check those). I would like to at least include a French and Spanish version.

Rules:
- Every post in this thread will contain a different language
- You can translate parts. When adopted, i will mention your name and remove the post. That way, this topic will stay clean.
- When i add new parts to translate i will give them a specific color so people can recognize them.
- All suggestions will be checked with Google translate to prevent any trolling (the best way possible).
- You don't have to do the whole translation at once, all small pieces are of great help.

Please notice we have 2 sorts of sentences, the short and concise once such as "_NAME" and "_DESC".




And also the longer sentences. For these sentences, we don't have a max. word limit. For the short phrases we do. So please abbreviate words or make the sentences really short.

To make it easier for you guys:

_NAME --> Max. 20 char.
_DESC --> Max. 40 char.
