Source fs already checked? (btrfs scrub)
Destination device ok?
Power fail issue?

What is the pathway for the source fs? I found nothing in /tmp.

The destination device is a 8gb thumb drive formatted as ext2. It gets power from the RPi. Could that be the source of the problem?
