Subtitles addon not working

are you sure you navigate the right direction (double checking)
I just double checked on few machines (PC's, RPi's) and all have the subs addon in official repository available.
Try to force refresh XBMC.org Add-ons repository

How do I force the refresh?

just navigate to your repo(do not click/enter into) and evoke contextual menu (C from keyboard, Option from remote (CEC) or LMC on mouse)
than you would see the option to do so

Thanks again. Unfortunately this didn't fixed the problem.
My menu only shows a total number of 10 entries.
