RE: CEC not working after RPi crash
Well, after much Googling and asking the guys over at lib-cec, I ordered a DVI-D to HDMI cable and a DVI-D to HDMI adapter, CEC works as before now:
http://dx.com/p/gold-plated-dvi-male-to-hdmi-male-connection-cable-black-golden-100cm-220844 http://dx.com/p/gold-plated-hdmi-male-to-dvi-24-1-female-adapter-32388 A HDMI-cable without CEC would be an option too, Pulse Eight sells them: http://www.pulse-eight.com/store/products/110-cec-less-hdmi-cable.aspx but unfortunately the shipping costs are a bit steep to the Netherlands. |

For that reason a DVI-cable is a good option, since it doesn't support CEC. |
