No, splash screen text is all dynamic. My original idea was to do a full system translation including the splash messages.

I made a 2nd Account in transifex

https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/xbian-translation/

So all Member can translate it, hope is no Problem, when Koenkk are back, i add all language to the Main-Account.

as curly sais - it is not hardcoded in splash code, …

but is "hardcoded" in scripts which use splash. nevertheless all (or almost) are text scripts so could be updated by find+replace if someone puts the few texts into language files.
