[Part 1] Download torrent & newsserver package

After a fresh install and redirecting the downloads folders to my SMB, I get:

Literally the only setting I changed was the News Server information.

I add the following to my fstab to mount the SMB:

Didn't edit any settings. Just entered my News Server information.

NZBGet also doesn't find unrar because it's not in /usr/local/bin as is indicated by the nzbget-postprocess.conf.
