One wire temp sensor not working
Hello,
I can't get my 1 wire temp sensor working on xbian, the tutorials mostly say something like that the newest raspbian already include the drivers but they don't tell wich driver
Does any1 know wich driver they are referring to?

Luke

Lukeg,

are you using a 4.7K resistor with the sensor?
how long is the lead from the sensor to the pi?

If it helps I am using 1602 and 2004 LCD with arduino and will help you if I can.
If you also have arduino I can help you test the sensor.

Just to check that you do know each individual sensor had it's own 'address' burned in at manufacturer and that any code you use will likely need this to be changed to match your device.

Sorry if you already know this, but it's overlooked quite often in other forums.
