Samsung TV, slow to connect at startup via CEC
I am having a problem with Kodi (14.2) and Xbian (latest update, not sure how to give the exact version #) ,RPi2, connecting via CEC to my Samsung LS27EMNKUY, sometimes it takes 15 minutes at startup to connect so that my remote will work, it does eventually connect but sooooo long. It actually finally connects when the dimming occurs on the screensaver (exactly) if I do not touch my keyboard at all. Very weird. I know all my cables are fine because all my other installs are on the same exact equiptment and they all work fine at boot up. Ideas?

To give more information, I issued a command of "service xbmc stop" and "service xbmc start" via ssh and my connection to CEC was instant, just on cold boot it takes 15 minutes or so to connect via CEC
