Skins are rather large....up to 100mb. You don't want to include them by default as it makes XBian bloated and really big

Better is, I think, to pre-install a subrepo of SR with those patched skins. Adds 30kb to the district and you can provide multiple patches skins for easy download

I adopted some things from the MARA mod.
Its like confluence mod vol II with some more settings and xbian-config is shown in settings.
