How to stop playback when HDMI display is turned off?
Hi! Is there a way to automaticly stop playback when I turn off TV (connected via HDMI)?

you can only Pause when switching to different TV input

I picked up this patch, modified it (original patch did not save this setting) and applied it to upcoming Kodi Krypton

New version can be downloaded at midnight (only for Rpi2/3 available)

just realised
There is an option Wink
in option 'When the TV is switched off' select 'Same as "switching source" and than in 'Action when switching to another source' select 'Stop Playback'

This should do the trick Wink
