I use CEC and Lirc Support.
With remotepi it's very easy to use lirc. You also have a On/off Button an can start up and shut down the Raspi Please look for the right scripts and installation steps https://www.msldigital.com/pages/support-for-remotepi-board-plus-2015 |

Я купил розетку с кнопкой выключения/включения питания и с помощью ее теперь включаю и выключаю мой RPi3B+ |
