The update went perfect from 1.0 Alpha 5 (XBMC 12.2) to 1.0 Beta 1!
Looks likes everything is working well. The only thing I noticed is a difference in the USB mounting system. Standard the external HDD is not mounted under /media/usb anymore but to /media/HDD LABEL + ID. This breaks all the connections in my library, but it can be fixed with a new library scan. The Symlinks used for the download package are also gone, but they can also easily be created again. So far so good. Thanks for working on this update. |
