Same error here.
Seems to be a problem with python dependencies (_hashlib.so and _ssl.so modules). You can find more information here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=702005

A forced install fixed it for me:
apt-get -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-all" upgrade

Have the same problem here... what options do i have to use in DPKG ?
