Could anyone provide a link to a version of xbmc where joysticks are enabled so you can configure actions in ~/.xbmc/userdata/keymaps/joystick.map.xml? Seems like most of the distributions were compiled with joysticks disabled. Why is that I wonder: does it adversely affect other peripherals like remotes or mice?
Any help would be extremely appreciated. I am currently using the XBian_1.0_Beta_1.1.img |

I have seen lately Gotham build log containing SDLJoystick.cpp being compiled (although it wasn't explicitly enabled on ./configure). needs to be tested.
